Before joining TPM Placement, Tom specialized in hiring C-suite leadership for a variety of financial institutions, ranging from global investment managers to niche private equity firms. Tom graduated from Belmont University with a major in History and a double minor in English and Philosophy. He was a contributing member of Phi Alpha Theta, a history honors society, and maintains a strong intellectual appetite for history of every stripe. In his spare time, Tom enjoys studying trends in technology, financial services regulation, and classic literature. If he’s not reading, then he is likely practicing his (currently limited) Spanish and Portuguese.
